Shorting out of street light after google fiber installed

They were not even able to connect me to a technician rep as promised.

Their site directed me to register and pay 1$ which was refundable. When I logged by on to do that the fee was 51$???

I would still like to connect to an electrical rep as I feel their google cable install shorted out my street light !!

Google Fiber doesn't care about prospective client's property or time

I am not a customer of Google Fiber and do not intend to be one. They are installing fiber in our neighborhood and I went outside to tell the technician that we had an Invisible Fence in our front yard they needed to avoid, he indicated he did not speak English and turned away from me.

I tried again by calling their 800 number for construction and was told that the construction crew doesn't care. If we put flags and cones out, they would still damage it. Just be ready to call back when it is damaged and they will send out a crew to fix it. It was damaged, based on the location they were digging it did not need to be damaged.

They did come out and fix it but why do they not have at least one person on their crew that speaks English in the United States? Why do they not care about the prospective customer's property? Why do they not care about the inconvenience of the prospective customer?

If I am not important to them when I am a prospective customer, why would I expect their attitude toward me to change if I were to become a customer. I do not want to patronize a business that does not care about my property or my time and treats me like my input does not matter.

Supposed outstanding balance

Received email telling me that I got outstanding balance when previously I got 80 dollars credit and some how now I owe them with out any explanation

Knowing that I have returned all the equipment right away after the cancellation of service due to have lie to me about the Cain of service I suppose to get

First of all I suppose to get 2 gigs of sevice and only installed one then when l call to complaint they send some one that dont know what to do it even with the supervisor

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Google said that I owed for equipment.

they said I didn’t return it. i did return it from fed-ex and had tracking number.

my last name is hope and fed-ex put my name as hopr. google figured out I sent it back and didn’t charge me

6 months trying to solve what they damaged in my house.

Google fiber came to install the fiber and cracked my driveway. I have called more than 20 times since August 2024.

They keep coming to offer their services and I refused it until they fix it and I have the feeling that their customer services does not care about what they did to my driveway. They just want me to sign up for the services for the monthly subscription.

The way I felt at that moment

I was charger reconnecting fee when my service was never disconnected. And the wonderful customer service rep was not able to take my payment over the phone not his fault at all. I've been having Internet connection and Wi-Fi connection issues lately.

Need to speak to a person please

It's been oh maybe 7 days ago I went for at least 4 days with no Google fiber and then I called and talked to I thought was a customer service and they was trying to get me to switch over to spectrum. I didn't know that you guys you know did things like that cuz I've been with you for so long and I was just wondering why it's back on right now and I really appreciate it. Thank you

Online payment

When it was time to make a payment online, it was definitely not the easiest to do. And when I was trying to get Customer Service, that also was a task.

Please make it a bit friendlier to use.

Just a little disappointed on the online service. Customer rep Carlos was awesome.
