Poor service workers
The men who came out today pretended to fix the problem and did nothing. I have not had internet in almost a week..

Supposed outstanding balance
Received email telling me that I got outstanding balance when previously I got 80 dollars credit and some how now I owe them with out any explanation
Knowing that I have returned all the equipment right away after the cancellation of service due to have lie to me about the Cain of service I suppose to get
First of all I suppose to get 2 gigs of sevice and only installed one then when l call to complaint they send some one that dont know what to do it even with the supervisor

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Google said that I owed for equipment.
they said I didn’t return it. i did return it from fed-ex and had tracking number.

Its running slow again. And my hub down stairs is even turning red.

Google fiber came to install the fiber and cracked my driveway. I have called more than 20 times since August 2024.
They keep coming to offer their services and I refused it until they fix it and I have the feeling that their customer services does not care about what they did to my driveway. They just want me to sign up for the services for the monthly subscription.
The way I felt at that moment
I was charger reconnecting fee when my service was never disconnected. And the wonderful customer service rep was not able to take my payment over the phone not his fault at all. I've been having Internet connection and Wi-Fi connection issues lately.

I must say this is my first ever experience with GFiber services. the installment took very little time. I liked that after a month wait for an install.
Need to speak to a person please
It's been oh maybe 7 days ago I went for at least 4 days with no Google fiber and then I called and talked to I thought was a customer service and they was trying to get me to switch over to spectrum. I didn't know that you guys you know did things like that cuz I've been with you for so long and I was just wondering why it's back on right now and I really appreciate it. Thank you

Online payment
When it was time to make a payment online, it was definitely not the easiest to do. And when I was trying to get Customer Service, that also was a task.
Please make it a bit friendlier to use.
Just a little disappointed on the online service. Customer rep Carlos was awesome.

I switched from Comcast/Xfinity to Gfiber about a month ago. My experience in the last month has been that the speed is slower and more unreliable than any other ISP I have ever used.
It's about on par with dial-up. It has been glitchy all day every day, with constant and long outages. I can't make it through a single virtual meeting without losing connection, and I can't watch a whole movie without losing connection. The movies are blurry, and I can't get half of my devices to connect.
Further, I can't find someone who knows enough to help fix it.
Gfiber has terrible reviews everywhere, and the BBB gives it a 'C' rating. I would give it a solid F.

I will NEVER use their company EVER. I deserve better than to be repeatedly LIED to and refused service. The whole company can BURN as far as I am concerned.
I signed up for google fiber. They rescheduled my internet install by a WEEK with zero notice and then LIED about saying I authorized it.
Then, on the second installation date, they did so AGAIN. So, I cancelled them and now getting Earthlink.
*** GOOGLE FIBER LIARS. I will NEVER use their service.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Lying bastards that trespass and willfully damage property then take no responsibility for repairing the damage caused. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
As a homeowner, I requested to be present during the installation of their hardware so I could explain where I wanted the box installed. Previously, companies had done significant damage when they installed their products, and I wanted to avoid that.
Customer service took my number and said someone would notify me BEFORE any work was done on my house. Lies. A day later, the box was installed where I never would have allowed it. Customer service said they would escalate my case and take care of it.
More lies. Four escalations, multiple calls, four wasted days, and still no resolution to the problem. Simple fact: gfiber doesn't care about your property - or their customers.
They just want the monthly payment. Screw Google Fiber.
- Damage property and take no responsibility for repairs
Preferred solution: Remove/relocate the box/repair the willful damages.

I received a call from the construction team, they opened a ticket for me, it has been raining here so hat may be delaying my project - I will reach out if I dont see any progress soon - thank you

We received a call in the middle of a funeral for the man who recently passed. Google Fiber wanted to sell him internet services.
When the salesman on the phone heard about his passing, he asked if I could give the phone to someone else who could decide on the internet, otherwise he could call back.
When I told him it was the funeral, he blatantly said, 'he's not interested in that.' This was absolutely the most disrespectful unsolicited call I have ever been a part of. Terrible customer service from a company that values meeting a quota over human lives.

The internet service has been down since Sunday, 05/26. The repair person didn't fix it at Tuesday's appointment.
The next available appointment is only on 05/30. Google also seems to have a 'don't care, big brother' attitude.

Google fiber install: They fell through ceiling. It took me months to have the break repaired.
Now, I am having problems with their TV cable. Last night, during a movie, it went blank. After a long procedure, I was able to reach Tech, which " Refreshed" my cable. Tonight, it's the same thing.
In the middle of the movie, I lost Google Fiber's signal. If this continues, I will seek out my options.
